REFUND POLICY – Supermee

At Supermee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products such as peanut butter, healthy chips, and other nutritious snacks that meet the expectations of our customers. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process.   

  1. Eligibility for Refund

 Customers may request a refund if the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. If you receive a product that does not match your order or arrives in poor condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

 To initiate a refund request, customers must provide valid proof such as: 

  • Order number
  • Photographs or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A clear description of the issue

 This information helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.   

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

While we aim to be flexible, certain situations are not eligible for refunds. These include: 

  • If the product has been opened, used, or consumed
  • If the refund request is made after48 hoursof delivery 
  • If the product waspurchasedduring special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted campaigns 
  • If the damage occurred due to improper storage or handling by the customer

Food products are sensitive items, and for safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are proven to be defective.   

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once the issue is verified, Supermee may offer: 

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

 Our team will carefully review the evidence provided and respond within 2–3 business days.   

  1. Refund Process

 Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider. 

 Typical refund timelines are: 

  • UPI / Wallet Payments: 3–5 business days
  • Credit or Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

 Supermee is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways once the refund has been initiated.   

  1. Order Cancellation

 Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. If the cancellation request is made after the order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, the order will be delivered as scheduled and will fall under the standard refund eligibility conditions. 

 If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method. 

  1. Replacement Policy

In cases where a product is damaged or incorrect, Supermee may offer a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer once the issue has been verified. 

 Customers may be required to provide images or return the defective item depending on the nature of the issue.   

  1. ShippingCharges 

 Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side. 

 If a refund is approved due to customer reasons such as ordering the wrong product, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

 At Supermee, we take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. All products go through strict quality checks before being packed and shipped. Our peanut butter and snack products are prepared and packaged with care to ensure freshness and safety.
