  • SUPERMEE is not liable for delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package for verification.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
